Questions about plans, data and billing

• How much does Silicon Data cost?

  Basic is free and needs no credit card. Pro is $998 per month and includes a 7-day free trial. Enterprise is priced per organisation and covers the data and benchmark packages, which are quoted individually because they depend on which datasets you take and how they are delivered. Every plan reads the same GPU, RAM and token indices — what changes is history depth, export rights and how much of the Application Library you can use.

• Is there a free plan, and can I see the data before I buy?

  Yes to both. Basic is free with no credit card and is the fastest way to see the real indices rather than a mockup, though it is limited to 30 days of history and a restricted Market Trends view. For the data packages, request a sample through Sales — samples are scoped to the specific datasets you are evaluating so you can check coverage and methodology before committing.

• How does the 7-day Pro trial work?

  Starting a Pro trial gives you full access to the Pro dashboards for seven days, and each account is eligible for one Pro trial. After the 7-day trial ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Basic package with limited data access. Enterprise data packages do not include a trial and are purchased separately through Sales.

• What does Pro include that Basic does not?

  Pro unlocks full history on the GPU, RAM and token indices instead of 30 days, the complete Market Trends view with filters and charts, 36 months of Forward Curve with history date selection, the Token Intelligence Dashboard, and unlimited PriceIQ and SiteIQ runs. Basic keeps the same indices but caps history at 30 days, removes filters and charts, and meters the Application Library.

• How much price history do I get?

  Basic includes 30 days of index history and six months of Forward Curve. Pro includes the full published history for every index and 36 months of Forward Curve, with the ability to select a history date. The indices update every business day, so a subscription covers both the historical series and ongoing daily values rather than a one-off extract. Package history is agreed per dataset.

• How is the data delivered — dashboard, API or file?

  Self-serve plans are used through the portal dashboards, with API access available on paid plans and keys managed from the API section of the portal. The Enterprise data packages are delivered as feeds rather than dashboard views, and the format is agreed when the package is scoped. If you need a particular delivery method or schedule for your systems, raise it with Sales before you sign.

• Can I buy a single index or dataset instead of a full plan?

  Yes. The self-serve plans bundle the dashboards, but the Enterprise packages are scoped per dataset, so you can take only the indices you need rather than the whole suite. This is the usual route for teams that want one series, such as country-level GPU pricing or a single token index. Adding another dataset later is priced as an increment rather than a new subscription.

• Do I need a separate licence to redistribute the index?

  Yes. A subscription lets your organisation use the data internally. Redistributing an index, publishing it to your own clients, or using it to settle or reference a financial product is covered by a separate index licence rather than the plan price. Contact Sales if you intend to redistribute or reference the indices, and the licensing terms will be scoped alongside the data itself.
