Report a Concern

Silicon Data is committed to the integrity of the benchmarks we administer and to a workplace and supply chain where concerns can be raised safely. If you have observed or suspect conduct that may breach our Code of Ethics, our policies, applicable law, or the integrity of a Silicon Data benchmark, we want to hear from you.

Confidential external channel (recommended)

Our independent whistleblowing channel is operated by FaceUp. You may report anonymously, and you can communicate two-way with the investigator through the channel without revealing your identity.

What can be reported

Suspected manipulation or attempted manipulation of a benchmark; undisclosed conflicts of interest; breaches of methodology, control, or policy; fraud, bribery, or financial crime; or any other conduct that could undermine benchmark integrity or our Code of Ethics.

Who can report

Anyone — employees, contractors, Submitters, customers, vendors, or members of the public.

Report directly to Silicon Data

You may also contact our Chief Compliance Officer at CCO@silicondata.com, or the Chair of our Benchmark Oversight Committee at BOC@silicondata.com.

Protection against retaliation

Retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited. Good-faith reporting does not require that the concern be ultimately substantiated.

Confidentiality

The identity of a reporter and the content of a report are treated as strictly confidential. Disclosure is limited to those with a need to know for investigation, or where required by law.

This page is provided as a public reporting channel and is intentionally free of analytics and tracking.
